Dave Financial consults with our clients early on to determine our client’s goals and needs.  We use our unique Dave Financial Mortgage Questionnaire to help us discover these needs, and put our clients into the right loan for their situation.  Unlike most mortgage companies, our job is not complete when the loan is done.   We stay in touch often with our clients.  We also schedule annual equity reviews with our clients to make sure that the mortgage selected is still the best option to meet our clients’ goals.
